BHTS' Mission: Give students an enjoyable experience; keep it simple, serious and memorable so lessons learned will be applied immediately and successfully in real-world scenarios.
Bilingual Hospitality Training Solutions (BHTS) was created in 2007 by Juliet Bodinetz-Rich, a recognized leader in the restaurant and food service training industries with over thirty years experience. Her international background leads to successful communication with diverse populations.
Ms. Bodinetz-Rich is:
- A preferred instructor for RAMW and is NRAEF Certified (1997)
- Monthly Food Safety Columnist in Foodservice Monthly Magazine
- Recommended by: A/C Beverage Inc., Baltimore Eats, Baltimore Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Coastal Sunbelt Produce, Foodservice Monthly, MICROS Mid-Atlantic, PFG/Performance Food Group and SAVAL Foodservice
- BHTS is an approved provider by the Interjurisdictional Food Service Manager Program Committee of Maryland and thus an approved provider with all required Maryland Health Departments.
Juliet has handpicked a dynamic and experienced team to teach alcohol training, Food Safety, Food Service Manager Certification and to write HACCP Plans in Maryland. She and her team also are available for Restaurant Consulting.
